Products & Pricing
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices, specifications, and availability may change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel an order if a listed price was incorrect at the time of purchase.
Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through PayFast or another approved method.
- Orders ship only after payment has cleared.
- Twig Store may cancel and refund any order if stock is unavailable or incorrect information was provided.
Pre-Orders
- Items marked as “Available on backorder” are pre-orders for upcoming shipments.
- If a delay occurs, customers will be notified and may choose to wait for the new date or request a full refund.
Shipping & Delivery
- Deliveries are made via registered courier within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the parcel is delivered to the provided address.

Returns & Warranty
- Defective or faulty goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded under our Warranty & Returns policy.
- Unused goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
