Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa.
Courier Timeframes:
Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.
Rates:
Standard courier delivery is R79, with free shipping on all orders over R1 500.
Dispatch Times:
Orders placed before 13:00 (Mon–Fri) are usually shipped the same or next business day.
Tracking:
A tracking link will be emailed automatically once your order has been dispatched.
Failed Delivery / Address Issues:
Couriers will re-attempt delivery if necessary. Additional delivery fees may apply for incorrect addresses or repeated failures.
Loss or Damage:
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
Pickup:
We currently do not offer local pickup.
